What problem does the Offer Letter Automation solve?

Offer letters were assembled and sent by hand for every candidate. Responses arrived in different inboxes and had to be chased manually. Status lived in a spreadsheet that was frequently out of date.

How does the Offer Letter Automation work?

Google Sheets trigger fires on a new Pending row. The template is copied and the offer details are filled into Google Docs. The document is converted to PDF and saved to Drive with sharing rights set. Gmail sends the letter with Accept and Decline buttons. A webhook receives the candidate's answer, validates it against the deadline, writes Accepted / Rejected / Timeout back to the sheet and notifies both the candidate and HR.

Which tools and integrations does it use?

It is built on n8n and integrates n8n, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail.

What results does it deliver?

The full cycle runs without manual follow-up. No offer lost in an inbox or forgotten in a spreadsheet. HR sees the exact status of every offer at a glance. Candidates get a fast, professional experience.
